WARNING ALL TRAILER OWNERS - THIS DEALERSHIP WILL LIE TO YOU ABOUT HOW MUCH THEIR CARS CAN TOW. We went in inquiring about vehicles that can tow 3500 lbs and they gave us a great deal on a CX7 including a Class 3 hitch. Went in for service a year later only to be told by their service department that the CX7 can not even tow a Class 2! In the last month we have contacted them multiple times and they have not returned our calls or emails. At least if you are going to put peoples lives in danger by telling them their vehicle can tow 3500 lbs when it can only tow 1500 lbs you could have the common decency to return their calls.

I visited Bank St. Mazda for the first time on May 8 2013 and was blown away by the great service I recieved. I test drove a 2013 Mazda 3 Skyactiv with salesman Danny Bond and absolutely loved the car. It's a great little car! Danny was extremely knowledgeable and was one of the most friendly and approachable salesman I have ever dealt with. I decided to purchase the Mazda 3 and have been very satisfied with the decision. I would happily recommend Danny to anyone looking to buy a new car and will likely continue to do business with Bank St. Mazda for many years to come. Thanks again Dan! Josh Williams

One night my husband and I were walking in the parking lot looking at used cars. We were not sure if we would buy a car at the moment. It just so happened Fady met us outside....chatted a bit and ended up going for a test drive! He was so nice and helpfull!! Of course we ended up buying the car!!! And we are very happy with it! Actually everyone I met at this dealership was very friendly. I would certainly recommend Bank Street Mazda to anyone I know!!!

Overall, this dealership is very organized. Receptionist is very friendly and welcoming. The manager is experienced and knows what he is talking about. The salesman (Hassan Abdullah) is really welcoming, supportive, fun to work with, and more importantly, understanding. I really want to stress on thanking him for giving me the best deal and working with me to find it. The Finance manager (Moe Sakkah) helped me a lot in finding the right loan that suits me well. I really want to thank him for all the efforts he put throughout the whole week trying to find the best load for me. As for the Manager (Sean Curley), Sean is very welcoming and supportive, I really appreciate his efforts and outstanding service. Thank you Bank street Mazda especially Hassan Abdullah
