Bank Street Mazda

We started at this dealership on a recommendation from a co-worker and we walked in a met with Kevin Spears within 5 minutes. Kevin took the time to hear what we were looking for and what Mazda product we had in mind, which was the Mazda 5. Kevin did a great job showing us the Mazda and highlighting the features that would be beneficial for us. He also took the time to show us the reviews on the Mazda 5 and talked about it's performance ratings. At no point did myself or my wife feel pressured into the sale we felt we were given the right amount of information to make a informed decision. From there we made appointment to have our trade in vehicle evaluated and Kevin put together a great deal for us to purchase the Mazda 5. I asked for some additional options and on closing all these options were in place. Kevin walked me through my new vehicle's features again and made sure I was comfortable operating them before leaving the dealership. Overall this was great experience at a dealership and I congratulate Kevin on his ability to make this deal and making my experience with Mazda a great one. Also would like to thank Moe Sakka for setting up my financing. He did a wonderful job and keeping informed and answering any questions I had, well done! And finally I would like to say I would recommend this dealership to anyone I know and I look forward to doing business again in the future.

My first dealings with Bank Street Mazda were just before Christmas and Sunny was a pleasure to deal with - a sales person who took the time to listen and help with no "high pressure" stuff! Marcel was then very helpful trying to solve the problems with the used car. Both Marcel and Brain did not try to sugar coat the problems with the car when the service work preformed did not solve the problem. It is reassuring to be able to deal with straight forward advice from the service department! Because of the problems with this car Sunny was able to arrange for a very fair trade in so that I did not loose too much money as well as a great deal on a new car. When I am next in the market for a car I hope I can get Sunny to help me with the purchase, he is a pleasure to deal with and could not be more helpful! Kevin was also very helpful explaining the optional 'extras', etc., for the new car. My overall experience with this dealership has been excellent. Friendly, helpful and honest people! Based on this experience I highly recommend the dealership.

This was the first time I ever bought a new car in Canada. My overall experience is superb! I was treated very politely and professionally by the salesman Sunny Chadha, as well as their financial manager Moe. What surprised me was that they filled the new car tank full and voluntarily extended the license plate for me (although I still have to pay the government fee, I don't have to take care it myself). I certainly will recommend this dealer to other people.

Dilawri Bank Street Mazda offered excellent professional service from the first moment I entered their showroom to examine candidates for a new family car up to the moment I drove the purchased vehicle off their lot several weeks later. I was particularly impressed by my dealing both with the sales consultant Karim Shalaby and the business manager Moe Sakka. Both gentlemen were thoroughly professional and low-pressure in their dealing with my family which, along with a superior automobile, is what really made going with Bank Street Mazda the only choice.

Moe Sobeh was very welcoming and helpful in answering all our questions. He made us a very good price for our new Mazda CX-5 and for our old Mazda-6 that sealed the deal. We greatly recommend doing business with Moe, he is very professional and strives to satisfy his clients.
