I was pleasantly surprised this afternoon when I came in with my daughter and grandson to look at new cars. Zein was very attentive to all three of us, my young grandson was quite taken with him. He answered all of our questions with ease and clarity, he dealt fairly and honestly with us. We walked away content with our new purchase and would highly recommend him and the dealership. Kevin (the money guy) was also quite knowledgeable and very helpful. Kudos

I bought my first car this week with Bank Street Mazda and I have to say, I cannot imagine shopping anywhere else in the future. I did a great deal of shopping online and knew that my first choice in a vehicle would be a new Mazda 3. I headed to Bank Street Mazda, simply because of the proximity to other dealerships in the hopes of making my shopping trip more efficient. It was my first and only stop that day. My sales person was Zein Jolan. He walked me through the features of the car and was very patient when I asked things like "this is pretty, but does this come in black?". We sat down and discussed the extra things I wanted with the car (ie. hatch back and heated seats) and then took it for a test drive. This beautiful 2014 Mazda 3 GS had great handling, good pick up and Zein was so patient while figured out the breaks (which were much better on this car, then my existing one). When we got back, he didn't try to sell me something I didn't want or need, he simply laid everything out for me. He walked me through the financing options and worked with me and the Manager to come up with a price I was happy with. Zein made it simple. Once I signed my initial paperwork for my 2015 Mazda 3 GS, I got in touch with my insurance company to move everything over and make sure that it was all ready for when I picked up my car. I emailed Zein and he got me everything I needed in time to make all of the changes. No matter how many times I emailed him with questions or concerns, he was always happy to help this nervous first time shopper. When I finally picked up my new car (since named 'the bat-mobile') Zein was once again available to walk me through everything.. and I do mean everything. AND GET THIS.. he called me a couple days after I drove away, to make sure I was happy with the vehicle and to see if I had any questions. The customer service I received from Zein and his manager Sean were better than I ever could have predicted. Every step of the way I really felt that they wanted me to be happy with my purchase and I am. I cannot imagine being without my bat mobile, but if ever I need something else, my first stop will be Bank Street Mazda and I will be asking for Zein. Thank you Zein and Sean :) Erin

The best, friendliest and would have to say amazing patience Sales Person Zein. Drove an hour and 45min because I was recommended by my Mom who bought from Zein at Dilawri Bank Street Mazda. I was not disappointed at on bit. Totally worth the drive! Zein was friendly and informative on his product. Will definitely shop Bank Street Mazda for our next car. And not to mention Mazda's amazing product. LOVE MY NEW CAR!!! : )

We bought a 2014 Mazda 3, two months after our son. On both occasions, Imad Khaddaj was our sales representative. He was professional and very friendly. We know we can rely on him if we have any question. Doing business with Bank Street Mazda was a good choice.

My husband and I bought a soul red Mazda 3 a couple of weeks ago from Sunny. We were very impressed with his knowledge of the vehicles and his no pressure sales. He was very relaxed and easy going which definitely makes for a better experience. We especially liked his best price no haggle method.
