I called and asked for a specific person. Instead I got someone else, and she seemed very confused about everything. I said I'll just hang up and call back. So i waited 10 minutes or so, and did call back. They gave me the wrong person again, and yes the same woman as before. Again she kept calling me by some other name, after i told her my name 6 times...yes 6 times. This woman was so confused I don't think she could put together an entire sentence. I finally gave up trying, and called a different dealership. They were very helpful, and got me the information I wanted promptly. I have since purchased my new Jeep, and the whole process was so simple and quick. While I don't know Yolanda personally at northland dodge/jeep, she is definitely hard to talk to, and doesn't understand plain English very well.

Take your business elsewhere! Worst dealership to deal with in Prince George. It might look pretty but that only goes so far. Waste of time. We will take our money elsewhere. Never again will we set foot in that place 😡😡😡

Feel like I got an amazing deal on my new Ford! Chris helped me the moment we walked out of our car and was super accommodating. Finance department was really friendly as well and got us a deal I was really happy with. Didn't hurt everyone is super cute! They delivered my vehicle and filled it up for me, so that was really nice. Only thing that maybe wasn't the best was the car was used and when I got it wasn't very clean...

I purchased my car here (used, not dodge) and the sales team were good. However the Service Dept is the absolute WORST. Because my brother is from out of town (2 hr drive one way) & didn’t have time to spend the whole day in PG he made a 10 am Appt 2 weeks in advance for Recall Notice repairs, was told it wld take abt 45 minutes so he was thinking he could be on his way back home by noon. At 4 pm he went & got his truck and headed home. They Do NOT Honor appts and obviously have no regard for customers time. They lost another customer, he won’t be back. It’s quicker for him to drive to the dealer in Quesnel who do honour appts, have the work done & be on his way back home in less time than he spent in PG today. Not acceptable.

Thank you Peggy for your kind words for our Sales team; Very much appreciated. With regards to vehicle servicing & appointments, there are many variables involved with regards to the time it takes for vehicles to be in and out of the shop for servicing. The time a customer is given to bring the vehicle in is a "drop-off time" (not the actual time that vehicle will go in for it's servicing.) Coming from out-of-town adds another variable, as customers typically can't drop off first thing in the morning with the travel time involved. We do our best to get the vehicles serviced quickly and back on the road, and do give consideration when the vehicle is from out-of-town as much as we can. Our aim is always to make customers happy, as there's certainly no benefit in not doing so. We hope we are able to better meet or exceed your and your brothers expectations in future!
