It is really great in this day in age to meet such a wonderful group of people at Jim Thompson Chrysler. As soon as my wife and I entered the dealership we felt welcomed. Our interaction with our salesman Chris was excellent, we felt he was very genuine and understood our needs. He shared our options and tried to find the best deal for us which we were extremely thankful for. Keep up the great work!! Would recommend anyone to try out Jim Thompsons

I want to thank two key staff members..Isaac & Sydney...I communicated with Sydney several times..she was polite and attentive to get answers for me...Isaac my sales rep conducted my trade in..after a disappointing valuation..I was disappointed..he kept pursuing a higher $ dollar and helped me achieve a good end deal..this gentleman is a credit to the industry...he is respectful and honest...hard working.. with a friendly approach...trust this gentleman with your automotive search! Was very impressed with Issac. As well as Shawn and Ryan. Tammy is always so helpful as well as the girls in service. But Sylvia is the icing on the cake. This is a top notch dealership. Will never go anywhere else...

Terrible service, broke my light assembly and then tried to tell me it was already done and then say they wanted to charge me 400$ to change two headlights

Hello Mr. Dupuis. We are sorry you feel this way, however, the technicians who spoke to you directly showed you in person why your low beam lights are not working. We pulled the headlight assemblies out to show you that someone had replaced your high-beam bulbs prior to your visit, probably in an attempt to fix the low-beam bulbs, (replaced high beam bulbs thinking they were the low-beams?) Your visit consisted of our technicians showing you that someone replaced the high-beam bulbs with aftermarket parts, and then installed them back in incorrectly. They explained to you what it would take to fix your low beams, and you declined the work, which is no problem. We then only charged you half for the diagnostic. If you would like the technicians to contact you directly for more detailed insight that what they provided to you in person at your visit, we would be happy to connect you with them.
Excellent Experience Purchasing my first Jeep Wrangler

Always wanted a Jeep and decided it was time to trade in my Ford Escape. I met with Nick Jenson, and took my first Jeep out for a test drive. It wasn't exactly what I was looking for, so Nick and I sat down and made a list of the things I couldn't live without and some things that I could if they were there great if not it wasn't a big deal. Then I decided to take the 4 door jeep out and it was exactly what I was looking for. He made the process through all the paperwork, vehicle options enjoyable and painless!! Nick even came in on his day off to deliver My new Jeep to me and explain how everything worked! I will definitely return to see Nick if and when I ever decide to trade and would recommend him to my friends and family who are looking for new vehicles.

It was a great experience! We got our first Jeep Wrangler Rubicon from Steve Hayes and he was great! He truly loves Jeeps, he didn't pressure us at all and was very helpful! When we are in the market for our next Jeep or truck I know where we will go! Thanks!
