I can’t say enough about my amazing experience with Nick and Ryan at Jim Thompson Chrysler Dodge Jeep! The entire experience was quick and easy and everyone worked so hard to find me what I wanted! You need a new ride, these are the guys you have to go talk to! Quick, friendly service and prices that you just can’t beat! If you need a new vehicle I can’t say enough good things about the entire team! Thanks again for everything! 10/10 !

Chris, the salesperson was honest and straight forward. He didnt use any high pressure strategies. He was respectful and knowledgeable about the cars on the floor. We would recommend him to others in Kingston.

Incredible service received from everyone at Jim Thompson Jeep Chrysler, from everyone in the showroom to everyone behind the sceenes that makes everything happen. Buying a jeep can get complicated very fast, with all the trims and packages available. Isaac made it easy with is vast knowledge of ALL Jeep products, this ensured I got the Wrangler I wanted! Isaac, thanks also for our daily follow-ups while waiting for our Wrangler....it granted us peace of mind and was greatly appreciated!!! From the start there was No pressure to buy from Isaac and he was fully forthcoming with all available discounts and incentives whether it was for a 2021, 2020 or used Wrangler he clearly explained all available options !! To Ryan Martin....thanks for advising on all the extras not provided from the factory, while keeping me within budget!!! And finally to Ryan Roussel for the immaculate and precise detailing of our Wrangler. Thanks a million to all once again !!!
