Everything was perfect.....I was treated very well and my salesman looked after me and got me the car I had always wanted......can’t say enough about how nice he is and professional......making sure I was happy before I drove away.....I will return to this dealership for this reason

It was a lengthy process getting into my new 2021 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon with power one-touch roof - but no fault at all of Jim Thompson Chrysler. COVID has made it difficult to get the exact vehicle you want. But with Chris's patience (something I was having difficulty with) and determination he was able to find me exactly what I was looking for. His understanding, empathy, determination and professionalism most definitely did not go unnoticed. Thank you so much to Chris and the entire team - I absolutely love my new Jeep.

It is really great in this day in age to meet such a wonderful group of people at Jim Thompson Chrysler. As soon as my wife and I entered the dealership we felt welcomed. Our interaction with our salesman Chris was excellent, we felt he was very genuine and understood our needs. He shared our options and tried to find the best deal for us which we were extremely thankful for. Keep up the great work!! Would recommend anyone to try out Jim Thompsons
