Bought a 2020 Ram Rebel from Nick and it was the smoothest/easiest process I’ve ever experienced! Pretty much bought and traded in my car all over the phone. We just bought a Ram 1500 Bighorn at Jim Thompson Chrysler from a delightful fellow named Nick. He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable! His relaxed attitude and low-pressure approach was fantastic and made the whole process of purchasing the truck a breeze from start to finish. He was able to answer all of our questions and got us a great deal on the truck / accessories. The whole dealership was also very Covid-conscious, which my family and I appreciated. We would highly recommend Nick to anyone looking for a vehicle!
