My husband and I have been doing business with this car dealership since 2007 . We have always appreciated the service and staff at Jim Thompson Dealership in Kingston. However , if it’s possible “their” customer relations have greatly improved . We have just recently purchased yet another vehicle and felt that “hands down” we received the best service ever. I honestly cannot say enough good things about this dealership! I will be continuously recommending friends and family to this location. Not only is Nick very personable, but he really went above and beyond in helping me search for my newest vehicle. He took a lot of time and consideration into what my wants were and only gave me the best options moving forward. He was never pushy and always gave his honest opinion on available models. He was knowledgable and understanding while guiding me through every step of the process making it seamless and stress free. Greg also helped tremendously throughout the process. He's one to get the job done, and properly with the utmost care. He made all of the financial side understandable while only giving the best options with his endless knowledge. I cannot thank this team ENOUGH for what they did for me. Not only was I able to drive away with a new vehicle, but a vehicle that went above and beyond what I expected. Not only am I safer on the road, I'm confident knowing I'm in a vehicle that will take me through all of life's chapters without issue.
