The agent Jesse Wright was knowledgeable pleasant, not pushy. Truck was not 100% cleaned once purchased. A little mislead on pricing. Overall satisfied.

I recently purchased a 2019 Sierra Limited Elevation form the dealership and my buying experience was more than positive. The sales staff was extremely friendly and easy to deal with. The truck is excellent, already 5500km, pleasantly awaiting my first oil change.

Recall repair and routine maintenance

I took my truck in due to a recall and it was due for routine maintenance. The service representative was knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. The service was fast and efficient and I recurved a text when the truck was ready for pick up. I was pleased with the whole experience.

I am happy with the service that I received, service adviser was very knowledgeable and friendly. My only complaint is why does the technician have to make changes to my seat, when I got into my truck the seat was way too straight and lower than the way l like it. Why can't they just move it forward or back and leave the rest the way it was.
