Our experience was the best we have ever had with a car dealership

Eric was very respectful of our needs and what we where looking for. He was focused on the facts on the 3 cars that we had narrowed down to giving us all the information we needed to make a decision. He also gave us all the info in regards to the different aspects of the vehicles. From his patients and information, we where able to make a decision. We are very pleased with the service we got and the car we selected.

Overall it was a pleasant experience, staff very friendly and helpful. As I was there for seasonal tire change over there was some confusion over old tires and the new ones I was purchasing, which made the appointment take a bit longer. Other than that I was quite satisfied.

Had our maintainance service done with tire changeover to winter tires. While the service was complete on time etc, it is absolutely ridiculous and a total cash grab to charge $30.00 to do the tire changeover when the tires are off anyway. This used to be a free service. One quarter hour labour to take the tires out of the bags and put them in the bags is not a very nice way to treat long time customers. I can do this in 3 minutes likely. Hopefully you are giving that extra cash to charity but I somehow doubt it.

There was a problem with installing my snow tires. They were supposed to be on rims ( which I had purchased) and they were not. I had already waited approx 2 hrs and could not stay the extra 1.5 hrs. Elie was very helpful
