The service was excellent but it seemed a shame that, with an appointment, it could not be done within an hour. It meant I had to use your shuttle to come home. Friends brought me back. I did not mind but it seemed a waste of 2 drives.

They were short staffed and were honest about how long it would take and shuttles me home so I wouldn’t have to wait there- service advisor was very calm & friendly even though he was having a stressful busy day

Eric was the person that looked after my wife and I. I would highly recommend anyone using Eric when looking for a Toyota. He is extremely knowledgable cop patient and allows his customers to make their decision. He has the ability to give all the answers that a client would seek. I would use Eric again.

Eric was the sales person that looked after both my wife and I. He was extremely knowledgable and very respectful of what we were looking for. Once we decided on three different vehicles, he was able to give us all the information including all the numbers required to make a decision. He was very patient with us and allowed us enough time to come to a conclusion. This is our second vehicle that we have gotten from Erick. Well done.

Until now, I had had nothing but good or great service at Jacksons'. Showed up a few minutes early at 08:30. The work was supposed to take about 4 hours. I had brought a lot of work with me so that I could wait in your lounge. Coffee was great as were the cookies and the lunch food. I was able to do a lot of work all day. Service manager and advisor were very courteous and helpful throughout. But here are a few irritants: 1. I left the dealership at 19:50 that evening. The work took a lot longer than advertised. 2. Items were displaced from the cabin to the trunk and I was not notified, nor were the items put back. I understand the technician was rushing at the end to get me out of there but I would have appreciated being told instead of spending a couple of days looking for my stuff as I drive long distances every day (200 km). 3. However, the major irritant is the over-torqued wheel nuts. Every time I get in for service I specifically demand the wheel nuts be accurately torqued when the wheels are re-installed. As it turned out, I swapped my summer wheels for winter ones 2 days after the service. The nuts were GROSSLY over-torqued such that my air gun at 115 psi could not dislodge them and I had to use the breaker bar 12 times as follows: 2 nuts out of 5 on the Left Rear wheel; 3 nuts out of 5 on the Left Front wheel; 4 nuts out of 5 on the Right Front wheel; 3 nuts out of 5 on the Right Rear wheel. (had to stand/jump on the bar for 2 of those) This is flatly UNACCEPTABLE. In my 38 years of driving and maintaining of my vehicles, this is by far the worst I've seen in the way of wheel nuts being mistorqued. I've had 2 nuts on one wheel over-torqued 10 years ago and 1 nut under-torqued and lost on another car. This is the second time I find my wheel nuts over-torqued at Jacksons' in the last year. I am quite angry that I've had this many nuts so grossly over-torqued after I specifically asked for them to be accurately torqued with a Torque Wrench, NOT the air gun. It feels as though the technician wanted to get back at me for daring to demand accurate work. Or perhaps he/she thought I would not check thereafter. Or worse yet, the technician is down right incompetent. I do own a torque wrench and have known how to use it for decades; I do check; but I would rather trust my/your technicians. We were given tons of information and recommendations to help us make the right choice to meet the needs of our family. I am certain my next vehicle will once again be a Toyota from Jackson's.
