I was told that drop off was at 5 pm and pickup was at 5:45. I was there by 5 pm, but the car wasn't ready until 6:10 pm. 25 minutes may not sound like much, but I had other plans that evening, and I felt rushed getting to my event.

Just wanted to say, got amazing service from Jayson Ball, he educated me throughly on the whole 2017 honda line up, and did in a way that was entaining but professional. Which for me, made it alot easyer retaining all the different options and specs that all vechiles have to offer. He didn't push any model on me, or warranty packages. He just gave me the facts, and let me decide 100%. It was really nice never experienced that at a car dealership from a salesman before. There always usually trying to push that little some extra on you and he didn't. He got me exactly what I wanted, even when it almost wasn't possible.He then faught for the best rate he could obtain given the situation. Which is greatly appreciated, couldn't be happier. Honda you are lucky to have a salesman like this on your team. I will be referring this man and his team, to whom ever I run into that is thinking of purchasing a new vehicle. . Thanks again, Had fun a real class act around. P.s. This is the 3rd vehicle that my wife a I have bought from this man. He is good at what he does, and gets you what you want, no matter the obstacles.

Not dealership fault, but having to bring in 2 vehicles on two separate days and taking time away from work to do so is difficult. I wonder if its possible to invoice Honda for my time seeing I always need to pay full price for repairs. Head Office should provide some incentive for client's time on a recall notice.

Called honda about the clear coat on the roof of my car failing. The person I bought the car from told me they had the entire car repainted at Northern Honda(Northbay) except the roof because it wasn't peeling at the time. They made an appointment for me friday morning to take pictures and start a claim. So I rearranged my life so that I could be there at 8am on friday morning. The girls at the service desk weren't sure how to process it in the computer so they asked a male employee. He says that there was a bulletin saying that they dont cover the roof or trunk lid of the car. I then politely asked to see this bulletin. He said he doesnt have it nor know where to find it. I've searched countless internet forums trying to see if there is such evidence .and found nothing. Very aggravating, since I live 40 minutes away and was there 30 mins early for this appointment. They gave me a 1888 number and told me "I guess you could try calling them". Horrible service. Hondas are great, but the staff at the service desk are not very knowledgable.
