Shanna has done an amazing job. We have been in several times dealing with issues and no one else has actually taken the time to listen and address our concerns. Shanna quickly dealt with our issues and even got a previously denied warranty issue resolved.

Buying a car for the first time is really stressing.. When I called this dealership I spoke with Charlie and he took the time to explain everything to me. When I went into the dealership and sat down in his office he made sure that I didn't make any decisions unless I was comfortable. He even replied to emails I sent him over Thanksgiving. The professional and courteous staff doesn't end with Charlie. Clarke and Dan were right there by my side the whole time and if I needed anything, they encouraged me to reach out to them. These are the good guys folks! It goes without saying that I would highly recommend them to anyone. Me and my wife are loving our new CX-5. -Blair & Marina
