The system in place to book a service appointment is trash. The person responsible should loose their job. After 3 frustrating attempts I’m booking somewhere else.

We have been customers at Jackson’s Toyota for 20 years. We have purchased three cars over that time period and have been very happy with the sales team and the service. Most notably Andrew Black, who sold us our most recent vehicle this past week. Very knowledgable and attentive. We live 90 minutes away from Jackson’s but we went back there to make the purchase because we have been so happy with their support over the years.

Ordered my 2024 Rav4 XLE Premium in October, I was originally given an estimated date of 4-6 months but ended up being delivered within a month and a half! The buying process was smooth and easy. I'm extremely happy with the service from Jacksons Toyota and my brand new car! I also highly recommend Lee Thrasher! :) Thank you for an amazing first time buyer experience!!

Jackson Toyota is definitely a big name in car dealership and team is helpful so far iam satisfied with services. I booked Toyota RAV4 LE hybrid which I got less than expected time normal time of delivery when I booked was 18 months but Jakson Toyota made extra efforts when I requested Brent was at that time he promised me that he will do every effort to satisfy me but when he left other guys helped me on every step I recommend Toyota Jakson to my community.

I had an excellent experience with Jackson's Toyota! Dave helped me and he made me feel comfortable and I was happy to be treated so well! My first time buying a car was at a used car dealership, it was definitely a much better experience going through Jackson’s Toyota this time around. I love my car and I’m so happy I made a switch! I recently purchased a used vehicle from Jackson's Toyota. Ekkom, my sales representative, was excellent! He took his time to answer all of my questions and I never felt rushed or pressured. He was always available by phone or text when I had questions, even after the sale was completed. He even reached out to me after I had brought my vehicle home to ensure I was happy with everything. Claus, the Pre-owned Manager, was also a pleasure to deal with. Both were accommodating, patient, professional and down-to-earth. The sale went smoothly, I was happy with the purchase price and appreciated the friendly atmosphere. I highly recommend Ekkom and Claus at Jackson's Toyota!

We want to acknowledge the amazing team at Jackson's Toyota, used car department. We unfortunately had to replace a vehicle so we were already stressed about what could have been a daunting task of finding a new vehicle. We had a bad experience at Midland Toyota so we decided to try Barrie instead. We knew going into our search that we wanted a non hybrid Toyota Rav 4. We didn't even make it through the parking lot and into the building before a friendly and helpful Ahmed came up to us, asking how he could help us. We told him what we were looking for and he was able to find two vehicles to test drive right away. The first one we didn't like the paint colours or the amount of km's. Ahmed found one that had just come in that day and once he told us the details, we knew we wanted to test drive it. Ahmed arranged a test drive as soon as the vehicle inspection was done. There were a few things we wanted added to the vehicle like a privacy screen, mat in the trunk, and the driver's seat repaired due to a noise that shouldn't be happening. Ahmed and his manager Claus took care of getting the seat repaired and including the extras that we had requested. They both checked in almost daily to answer any questions we had and to let us know when we could come pick the vehicle up. Ahmed has even followed up to see how we like the car since having it for a while. We are very pleased with our experience with both Ahmed and Claus. We would recommend their dealership and department to anyone we know that is needing a new to them vehicle. Again, it was a pleasure doing business with them. They made a stressful time go smoothly, professionally, and set a standard for other dealerships(in this case Midland Toyota). Please inform their bosses that we recommend that they be compensated accordingly for their fantastic customer service. Thank you, Chris and Shannon Antonio
