It has been a great experience for me! Right from the start Jackson’s Toyota has elevated my expectations from a dealer. This is my first new Toyota and from the sales team to an amazing service team in my first year. Efficient and impeccable staff.

Came in for an oil change for my Venza. Prices were better then the quick oil change places near by. Service was friendly, helpful. Absolutely no complaints. Will be coming back for all my Toyota servicing.

Jackson's Toyota has lied to me for 19 months and due to this has made getting my dream car impossible. I ordered a 2022 Prius prime in April 2022. I was told 4-6 months and I would have this car. It's now been 19 months and when I talked to the general manager today I was told I was lying that anyone told me 4-6 months originally and that it would still be 9-12 months before I get my car. On top of this I found out even if the car was available the price difference and interest rate difference because I wouldn't be getting a 2022 anymore but getting a 2024 prime, would be $800-900 a month instead of the $430/month I originally signed my 2022 for. I can't afford $800/month and they won't honor the contract I signed. Jackson's Toyota is a horrible non transparent business that lies to get down payments and then putting people into situations where they have waited so long its an impossible decision of either starting over with a better dealership or cancelling the order completely and being stuck from scratch. Everything I have said I have proof of. I have 19 months of emails and non of this matters to this company. Never buy a car from them , if they even have a car to give you

Matt the salesman was very nice and knowledgeable. Very patient, explained all the futures of the vehicle and was very easy to deal with. I would recommend Jackson’s Toyota to friends

Not impressed with Jackson Toyota! We called to have our personal vehicle transferred to our company name. Was told by Toyota main line " No problem call were you bought the vehicle and it's 400$" No problem. Called Jackson and girl transferred me to " The senior financial specialist" YEA RIGHT! He told us could not be done vehicle had to be paid off first! I called main line again and they basically said it definitely can! To call another Toyota in our area. I called Sunrise in Orillia and talked to Rick within 2 days it was done! Within 2 wks everything was transferred over! We will need more vehicles for our fleet and Sunrise will be getting our business because Jackson in Barrie don't have a clue!
