Jackson's service department is a becoming a joke. I've had my vehicle serviced twice this year. It was poor service at the first service and terrible at the second. The first for a summer tire change (tires on rims) and oil/filter change. This should take about 45 min, maybe 1 hr. Mine took 2 hours! The recent service was for winter tire change (tires on rims) and a diagnostic test. This should only take about 45 minutes, maybe an hour. I had to leave the car for the entire day! Yes, the entire day! Angered about this, I monitored a gps tracking device in my car. It showed my car sat for almost 6 hours before being moved, and that was only in the lot. 30 minutes later it went in the shop, for about 30 minutes, then out. So my car sat for the entire day for only 30 minutes work. I was told the reason it took so long was they were very busy. Does an appointment time mean nothing? Do they not know how to schedule? I have not received any "How was service" questionnaire as they knew it would be poor. I honestly can say I'm thinking of going to another Toyota dealer for service.

I purchased a vehicle on Thursday from Jackson’s Toyota. In today’s market, finding a new vehicle is impossible and Eric made it happen! Together with Danielle we were able to pull off the impossible and I picked up my new Rav 4 Saturday! Couldn’t be more thankful 🚘
