I had an excellent experience with Jackson's Toyota! Dave helped me and he made me feel comfortable and I was happy to be treated so well! My first time buying a car was at a used car dealership, it was definitely a much better experience going through Jackson’s Toyota this time around. I love my car and I’m so happy I made a switch! I recently purchased a used vehicle from Jackson's Toyota. Ekkom, my sales representative, was excellent! He took his time to answer all of my questions and I never felt rushed or pressured. He was always available by phone or text when I had questions, even after the sale was completed. He even reached out to me after I had brought my vehicle home to ensure I was happy with everything. Claus, the Pre-owned Manager, was also a pleasure to deal with. Both were accommodating, patient, professional and down-to-earth. The sale went smoothly, I was happy with the purchase price and appreciated the friendly atmosphere. I highly recommend Ekkom and Claus at Jackson's Toyota!

We want to acknowledge the amazing team at Jackson's Toyota, used car department. We unfortunately had to replace a vehicle so we were already stressed about what could have been a daunting task of finding a new vehicle. We had a bad experience at Midland Toyota so we decided to try Barrie instead. We knew going into our search that we wanted a non hybrid Toyota Rav 4. We didn't even make it through the parking lot and into the building before a friendly and helpful Ahmed came up to us, asking how he could help us. We told him what we were looking for and he was able to find two vehicles to test drive right away. The first one we didn't like the paint colours or the amount of km's. Ahmed found one that had just come in that day and once he told us the details, we knew we wanted to test drive it. Ahmed arranged a test drive as soon as the vehicle inspection was done. There were a few things we wanted added to the vehicle like a privacy screen, mat in the trunk, and the driver's seat repaired due to a noise that shouldn't be happening. Ahmed and his manager Claus took care of getting the seat repaired and including the extras that we had requested. They both checked in almost daily to answer any questions we had and to let us know when we could come pick the vehicle up. Ahmed has even followed up to see how we like the car since having it for a while. We are very pleased with our experience with both Ahmed and Claus. We would recommend their dealership and department to anyone we know that is needing a new to them vehicle. Again, it was a pleasure doing business with them. They made a stressful time go smoothly, professionally, and set a standard for other dealerships(in this case Midland Toyota). Please inform their bosses that we recommend that they be compensated accordingly for their fantastic customer service. Thank you, Chris and Shannon Antonio

Came in for an oil change for my Venza. Prices were better then the quick oil change places near by. Service was friendly, helpful. Absolutely no complaints. Will be coming back for all my Toyota servicing.

Jackson's Toyota has lied to me for 19 months and due to this has made getting my dream car impossible. I ordered a 2022 Prius prime in April 2022. I was told 4-6 months and I would have this car. It's now been 19 months and when I talked to the general manager today I was told I was lying that anyone told me 4-6 months originally and that it would still be 9-12 months before I get my car. On top of this I found out even if the car was available the price difference and interest rate difference because I wouldn't be getting a 2022 anymore but getting a 2024 prime, would be $800-900 a month instead of the $430/month I originally signed my 2022 for. I can't afford $800/month and they won't honor the contract I signed. Jackson's Toyota is a horrible non transparent business that lies to get down payments and then putting people into situations where they have waited so long its an impossible decision of either starting over with a better dealership or cancelling the order completely and being stuck from scratch. Everything I have said I have proof of. I have 19 months of emails and non of this matters to this company. Never buy a car from them , if they even have a car to give you
