Love the staff at Palladino. Was frustrated having to go in 4 times for same issues (ie) Speakers & Hatch opening using foot.

Items missed during appointment

I booked an appointment for an oil change and tire changeover and they forgot to perform the oil change. They also forgot to reset the tpms and now I have to make two more appointments.
