Came in for a battery issue and it got replaced. Due to the age of my car and it’s kilometres I was not charged which was a nice surprise. The fix was dealt with quickly.

Seasonal routine service and tire change. There were no issues to be dealt with. I always rely on Dennis to advise what service needs to be done given that my car has low use.

Corroded brake line fixed in a day!

While driving the truck, my wife felt the brake pedal hit the floor. A scary situation. A noticeable wet spot was found on the undercarriage of the truck. I limped the truck to Murray's with front brakes only (not a good plan) and it was repaired quickly.

Terrible communication between services

Waited around for 3 hours for shuttle service and asked multiple people. They are insured a sit and wait for them to call my number. They never came and I was stuck there until my car was finished. Complete waste of a day

Had tires changed to winter ones and a tune up was also done. The service bay attendant was cordial and efficient and made me feel that I mattered. Kudos to the staff.
