Looks like you don't need customers. I was told oil change would take minimum 2.5 hrs. I wanted to quit at this point. It was quicker but expirence was unpleasant. Please take me off from your VIP program. Thank you

I brought the car in to have an oil change and serviced. I paid at the reception area and she informed me the key was not with her. I stood there for over 20 minutes and after 20 minutes she rudely asked me what I was waiting for? Frustrated I told her that I was waiting for my key so I can leave. She then proceeded to ask me how I would be paying and after her initial attitude I was very upset because: 1: she had asked me to wait after payment because she informed me she did not have my key (NO ONE had walked into the reception area during my 20 minute wait and after I showed her my receipt she grabbed a set of keys) 2. She asked me to pay again when I had just paid 20 minutes earlier. She was very unattentive and unfriendly during the whole ordeal and she had in fact had the key on her desk the whole time. I had made a complaint to the maintenance manager I will currently not be recommending this location
