Prompt and friendly service...always

Tamara is always pleasant,friendly and helpful. A noise from under the hood turned out to be snow up in my engine due to a missing skid plate. My 2016 Civic was fixed in a efficient and timely manner and I was even brought in the back to see what was wrong with my car. Great service all around from the service advisors to the techs that work on your car. I'll definetly buy another Honda. Thanks Tamara for your great service.

Wiper motor had quit.,needed to order from Vancouver. Service department provided me with a vehicle and assured me the job would be done ASAP. Next day I was back to normal. The service staff is the reason I refer people to Paladino Honda.

I will never buy a honda in Sudbury again!! Just bad over all. They keep calling and bugging me for a oil change then i go and its $160 for a oil change and filter. Wow

Vehicle was in for regular maintenance - oil change, a recall notice, and serpentine belt inspection. Received a call later as an alignment was recommended, which I appreciate, as it was needed.

Putchasing a vehicle can be an exciting and stressful experience. Out of all tbe vehicles we have purchased, Rob was the very best Salesman we have ever dealt with. He worked with us to stay on budget, was patient, and influenced my decision when lookinf at different dealerships. He took the time to be theoral and was patient when we were overwhelmed. The labour cost for repairs cost more than the part needing to be replaced. It's unaffortable. I was able to communicate with the service departement well enough.
