We do like getting the oil changes done at Toyota because they have an exceptional waiting area with great complimentary hot drinks, cookies, and sometimes even subs. You can even get a complimentary manicure on certain days (I've never taken advantage of this but it does sound nice). There is also a children's play area which is a bonus for the little guy. It isn't cheap to get an oil change here so in a roundabout way I guess you sort of pay for these luxuries. They are consistent in getting you through in a timely manner, usually 15-20, under a half hour anyways. You don't make an appointment for oil changes, you just come and it usually works out well. Last time we were there, we were suppose to have our wiper blades changed out; they had taken the old ones off and forgot to put new ones on. I'm glad my husband noticed before we drove away. They were very apologetic and fixed the problem within a 10 minute window. I find the man in change to be pushy at times and it puts me off a bit.

I was in for an oil change, idea of a drive thru is great, but not impressed with the guy behind counter (DON), first he made me wait until he was done shuffling some paperwork, then was very abrupt and rude showing me new rules how procedure works. Not impressed at all being treated that way. After that oil change was very quick, Hence one star only.
