just an oil change but other things were done to make it worthwhile

Dan is fabulous with all his customers and goes above and beyond when explaining things you might otherwise not have known. He is a keeper !!!!

It was our first time buying a car and first time at Jackson's Toyota. Abigail was amazing throughout the process, answered all our queries and helped us choose the best and right car for us. The whole team was great, professional, and helpful!!! We are glad we chose Jackson's Toyota and we love our new Camry!!

Delaney, the saleswoman, was absolutely great!

I appreciated that Delaney understood that I intended to buy a car, and respected that I knew what I wanted and did not try to talk me into something else after we discussed the details. I was not impressed with the financial end of the transaction, felt pressured regarding extended warranty options, especially as I had already made the commitment to purchase, made a deposit and stated I had limited time and would be back the next day. I spoke to Danielle about my concerns the following day.

Bought my new car from Jackson’s and could not be happier about it! Mercedes was very helpful and got me the car I wanted. She put up with all my questions and brought me on various test drives. She was awesome!! Everyone else here is very nice too, always a pleasure going in there. Also got an oil change here and staff was so helpful :) Definitely recommend.
