Horrible parts department. I was charged for a part I never ordered, and then told "don't worry we'll take it back". When I asked for a credit, I was told , I couldn't retutn it. The part is over $100 and useless to me.

My family just purchased a vehicle from Bank Street Mitsubishi and they did a fantastic job helping us find the vehicle. Sam was always there to answer any questions and provided helpful tips to maintain the vehicle. It was great how he was always quick when it came to setting up appointments and emails. Bank Street Mitsubishi's service was excellent and I am very happy with how things went!

Just purchased a new 2022 Outlander from Bank Street Mitsubishi and had a wonderful experience! Both Alex Lozano and Eli Farah were fantastic to work with! Alex provided amazing customer service - he really took the time to explain to me all the functions of the car and help me set up my vehicle. Eli also delivered great customer service; he worked so hard to get me the best price on the car to fit my budget and ensured the whole process was smooth and pleasant. I highly highly recommend!

Hello, my spouse and I recently purchased a 2018 Outlander PHEV at Bank Street Mitsubishi. We were keen to find something that suited our needs as a family of four, but would also minimise our environmental impact. I emailed Bank Street Mitsubishi and was connected to Sam (Amouna), a salesman, with excellent knowledge about the PHEV market. Sam was extremely professional as well as warm and friendly promptly responding to our calls and texts. He was patient, took the time to explain all the features of the vehicle. What was the most helpful during our test drives was his explanation of how best to operate the vehicle in the most energy efficient manner for in-city driving and also for our out of town road trips. Upon pick up of the vehicle, he revisited some of the key points to remember for its maximal operation, which was appreciated. Following our purchase he kindly offered After purchase he encouraged us to follow up with him should he have questions or for any service needs in future. I would certainly recommend working with Sam in future.

I just purchased a brand new 2022 RVR. My experience with Bank St Mitsubishi was an all around positive one. From the minute I walked in the door Sam Amouna greeted me with a smile. I was inquiring about a used RVR as I had one previous. Sam also suggested looking at new. After talking and a test drive I told Sam what I need in a vehicle and we went through some numbers. He was very informative, and always stopped to answer any questions or concerns I had. It was nice to talk to a salesman who was personable, not pushy, and felt like he genuinely cared I was getting the vehicle I wanted. Thank you!! In regards to the financial side, Eli was also very personable and we even had a few laughs. He was very patient in giving me time to decide what extras or warranties I did or didn't want laying everything out very simply without making me feel overwhelmed. He responded to my emails and requests in a very timely fashion which was also much appreciated! In regards to the pick up of my new car - I was worried how it would go due to past experience (with other dealerships, not Bank St Mitsu) and was again extremely happy. Sam took his time to go over some key features with the car, got my bluetooth hooked up, and I felt like I had time to look over everything and didn't feel rushed. I think he noted I was familiar with a lot of the RVR features and didn't dwell on the information or features I was comfortable with already owning an RVR. Eli, you again greeted me with a smile and answered any questions I had when signing the mountain of paperwork. I felt like everything was explained well and not passed over. Thank you both of you for having actual personalities and making my experience at Bank St Mitsubishi positive. I'd recommend this dealership to those who have a Mitsu or the possibility of switching to one.

We bought a Mitsubishi Lancer last Saturday. Sam, the salesperson was very friendly and we could tell he had a lot of experience. He suggested us that car, we went for a drive, he explained everything to us. He was very patient and always willing to help with everything. We are very happy with our purchase. Thank you Sam for everything. He walked us to Elias for the financial part, he was also very nice and professional. I really recommend this dealership to everybody, good & experienced staff, good quality cars, good prices. We are extremely happy!

ZERO points for Mitsubishi Bank Street. Salesman Sam Amouna is the WORST salesman I've dealt with in my life. Literally! He doesn't pronounce half of the words, substituting them with the gestures, another half is not clear at all. I had to repeat & reask everything he said. The communication this way with this salesman Sam Amouna felt horrible & very unpleasant for me as a potential buyer. In addition, Sam Amouna promised me & assured many times during my visit that my contact information will be completely erased from dealership's files & computers, & that I will never be contacted by this dealership & be pushed into a purchase. What a lier this guy Sam Amouna is!!! He texted me WITHOUT my permission of getting texts from Sam Amouna or anybody from this dealership. In his text he pushes onto me the purchasing of Mitsubishi vehicle, which initially I wasn't shopping for (I came there for another vehicle brand they had in their stock). I ignored Sam's 1st text, which should be a sign as "do not disturb me". Unfortunately, not for Sam Amouna. A week later he texts me again, pushing another - Mitsubishi - vehicle for me to purchase. When I texted him back, asking to stop harassing me with his texts, he texted back that there are no issues. That's not what he should have replied, instead, how about plain apology??? For keep texting person, who only visited Mitsubishi Bank Street dealership, & who NEVER GAVE PERMISSION to be contacted afterwards. Especially, after being promised that all my info will be deleted. Terrible experience dealing with Sam Amouna. The verbal communication with him is very unpleasant, + he never apologizes for his mistakes nor for the wrong doing. I do not recommend salesman Sam Amouna to purchase vehicles from, nor the dealership Mitsubishi Bank Street in Ottawa.

Recently purchased my 2022 Outlander at the bank Street location. This is our second vehicle purchased here, we deal with Sam. Sam is extremely professional with just the right amount of feeling like family also. I trust Sam's opinion and always feel like I'm getting the best deal. We needed something larger than our RVR this time around and Sam was very patient with us, helped us figure out what would work for us. After purchase we were updated on the status of our vehicle, Sam answered all my questions honestly and promptly. Picking up my new SUV Sam gave me a refresher on all the tech in the new vehicle that I wasn't overly confident in using and I left feeling confident that I had everything figured out and have loved every minute in our new SUV. Very happy with overall service and left feeling great about our purchase.
