Saturday I came by looking to purchase my first car in Canada and the service provided by Alex Lozano was beyond my expectations, since minute one I felt comfortable asking questions about the car and the whole time he cared about what I was looking for and needed for a car. I am more than pleased with the purchase i did but mostly with the experience I had. Alex in the purchasing process and Eli in the paperwork did a very professional job, guys if you are looking for good quality and great experience dont hesitate to come look for these two guys that for sure will make your car shopping experience outstanding!

Hello all, I had an appointment for 1:30 Saturday to test drive a car. ( everything was confirmed via e-mail ) when I arrive they tell me it was sold the day before. And they had no excuses as to why they did not notify me by phone or mail. I think it was a case of bait and switch. I strongly encourage you to avoid this dealer. Very unprofessional. The company reached to make it right - not sure how they would do that - I could not be bothered - I decided to purchase elsewhere. I recommend anyone but Bank Street Mitsubishi

I would like to thank the Mitsubishi staff for helping me with my purchase of a new 2022 Outlander. Sam Amouna in the sales department is extremely knowledgeable with all of the vehicles and gave me all of the information I needed and even called later to make sure everything was fine. Sam is not only interested in the sale of a vehicle, he especially wants every customer to be "extremely satisfied" with their purchase for years to come. Eli Farah in the finance department also helped greatly and worked overtime to offer the best deal possible. The service department is also very good. I know, since I have been a customer for over a decade. I was so happy with my purchase and service that I bought lots of Tim Horton "timbitts" for the whole staff and the service department the next day. I would highly recommend the Mitsubishi dealership on Bank Street. They are simply the BEST!!!

I bought my car at Bank Street Mitsubishi with the help of Alex L. He is the best!! The experience was very smooth. I had been to many dealerships but at this one I felt like I was with friends. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. It was a great experience.

I just bought a 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander from this dealership and my experience was unbelievable. I was greeted immediately and was well informed during the entire process. Sam was so easy to work with and made sure that I knew all the ins and outs of my new car. Since driving the car off the lot not only have I had to use some of the learnings he provided me but he has also called to check in to make sure everything is going well. I truly appreciate not being SOLD to because I am a Sales Director. Bank Street Mitsubishi treats you like a member of their family. Also need to note Eli was a huge part of this experience as we have purchased from this location before and was one of the reasons it was so easy to approach the team again about upgrading. This team is amazing and I would highly recommend to any of my friends and family.

I was at this garage for an oil change and over heard a conversation between the garage manager Mike and a customer. Long story short her car battery wasn't holding a charge. He explained to her it was most likely caused by taking too short of trips (not driving the car long enough) He told her, " yes we can look at it, but I don't want you to waste $80+ to have the guys analyze it" he gave her some suggestions on what to do rather than charging her. I have never seen a garage be so honest and upfront with a customer! He could've easily taken this lady's money, but instead he showed kindness. Good on him. I definitely would recommend this place to others. 😊

I had a great experience of buying a new car (2022 RVR ES 2WD) in Mitsubishi. Sam introduced the specific features with professional knowledge and patience, and helped me understand all functions when I picked it up.
