Although I am out of province, Scott Hunter took the time, out of his busy schedule to provide me with all the info I needed to consider the truck I was looking at online at his dealership. He went out of his way, at the the end of a busy Friday afternoon to answer my questions and be what few other dealers are, in my experience, actually concerned with my needs. Although I ended up finding a similar truck where I live, I cannot stress enough what a good decision it would be to deal with Scott and West City Honda. When I do move back to Ontario, one of my priorities will be to buy from him....

Every single part of my experience with all of the staff at West City Honda was exceptional...service of my car, trade in offer, purchase and earlier than expected delivery. Waste of money. Pls do not go there. They are hungry for collecting your money. They charge labour fee for every single task ridiculous $$$. For example for a simple brake fluid or wind shield fluid fillup, labour fee 130$. For an hour simple services, charged 480$ labour fee. Ridiculous. Should it be charged by hours?

Outstanding support from Ted Stratas, Bob Burley, Stephanie Elder and Joel Shea during the purchase, financial admin and customer training for our new 2022 CRV. In particular, Ted - who sold us our two previous CRVs - did a superb job throughout. Bob managed to locate a CRV which matched our preference for model and colour and have it shipped to West City Honda, which saved us months of waiting. Many thanks!!
