The staff at West City Honda were wonderful to work with! I had never purchased a car from a Dealership and I was really nervous leaning towards terrified. However I can honestly say they all went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Everyone I met was very pleasant but would like to say an extra special Thank You to Stephanie and Boris for making my experience a great one!

If you are a senior female looking to test drive and possibly purchase a vehicle, you should make West City Honda your first stop. My experience with this dealership could not have been more pleasant. Boris was very informative and helpful from start to finish . Very good experience with this dealer location. I received excellent customer service and support from Paul Laframboise for my Honda accord 2017 .Also need to mention their finance department for quick and easy paperwork . Highly recommend this place if you looking for reliable service or want to look for new lease / purchase or used car trade. I felt this team indeed listen to customer’s need and give you piece of mind that everything will be taken cared for you. Great Job & thank you!!

My sales Manager was Mr. Scott Hunter. Firstly, two characteristics that would strike out. 1.) Great tour guide. Mr Hunter knows Belleville in and out. 5/5 for the tour 2.) Excellent knowledge of the car. He can talk right from design to its maintenance. 5/5 on the knowledge transfer. I travelled from Brampton to Belleville to pick up my Honda civic. It was the pleasant interactions with Mr. Hunter that made me do it. Lastly, he had worked on a Saturday just for me. I really appreciate it sir.

We just brought home our 2021 Honda Passport. Boris was so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable.
