West City Honda was a perfect experience from start to finish. I started out talking to Scott, but mostly dealt with Boris who was professional, knowledgable, and took the time time to ensure this was the right vehicle and that I understood all the options when it came to financing and trade in. Boris was in constant communication while I was waiting on the vehicle to come in and was just as excited as I was when it arrived. Arranging delivery was painless and the paperwork process was painless. Never once did I have to follow up with Stephanie as she was on the ball and have everything ready when we needed it. This is the place to buy a Honda!

I would extremely like to send a huge Thank You to West City Honda for the amazing service! We dealt with Trish on first test driving to purchasing our Honda Civic! Trish is an amazing bubbly woman and made our visit up to purchasing an amazing, friendly, comfortable atmosphere! Explaining everything amazingly! Kris another amazing individual who walked us through packages we liked and wanted, amazing, friendly and all out comfortable atmosphere as well! Stephanie dealing with all the finances yet another amazing, friendly, lovely women! It was truly an amazing experience dealing with all 3 of them! There was no feeling of pressure, they understood what I wanted in a vehicle, all in all it was great to actually be myself and for me to see them be themselves and feel comfortable, along with the laughs! I would highly recommend anyone if thinking of purchasing a vehicle to go here! I have no doubt the rest of the West City staff are no different, I’m just throughly happy with the service I received and the staff I worked with! Thank you again, loving my car!!

I ordered a 2022 Ridgeline Black Edition from West City Honda back in October 2021. I just took delivery of it April 20 2022. With all the disruptions in supply chain , I can’t fault West City for the long wait. But it was worth the the wait. The Ridgeline is a beautiful truck. I’ve been having my vehicles serviced at West City Honda for at least five years because they have the best customer service out of any Honda dealership I’ve been to. In fact , better than any business I’ve dealt with. My salesman, Scott Hunter, was always informative, knowledgeable and easy going. It was a pleasure not to be pressured into buying anything. The dealership is in Belleville, Ontario and if you’re looking for a good , reliable vehicle, Honda is the vehicle for you, and West City Honda is the dealer you want to buy from.

Very accommodating to us while we were looking for a new car. Trish explained everything completely. As customers who are unfamiliar with much of the new technology, Trish made sure we understood how to use the tech and helped us to set up what we needed. We are very happy with our new HRV and would recommend West City Honda to anyone who asked!

Best place to buy your new vehicle. Very friendly and helpful staff. I was looking for vehicle month ago. I called at least 25 dealership to get my vehicle asap, but due to worldwide low inventory there are at least 2 to 3 months waiting period, except West City Honda Belleville. There managed to deliver my new Honda CRV within two weeks with my choice of color after I placed my order. It's 10 days before schedule date. Specially thanks to Scott Hunter. I also like to say thanks Stephanie Elder to take care finance part of purchase. Just called Scott once, before you hunt other dealership.
