Called all Honda dealers from Cobourg to Kingston and they had the same parts for $10 to $15 cheaper. Every single person smiled and said hello while treating me with the upmost respect. Great experience, the first person I met took me around the entire building as they are renovating to make sure I ended up right where I needed to be. As I stood in a room full of strangers everyone of them went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and let me know the person I went to see was on their way. It's been 15 hours since I was there and I still feel great for having that experience, rare these days and it shouldn't be.

I felt very comfortable at Honda. The workers who worked with me was amazing. Super friendly and wasn’t pushy. I’m very happy I bought the 2022 Honda CR-V black edition. Our salesman Paul was amazing with us. I’m very pleased with everyone at West City Honda. Thank you again! :)

Very very poor service, Untrained staff, they charged me alot of money for my serivce and they didnt even do it fully, my tire’s air are still less as i already told them before handling my keys. For oil change and air filter change they took 2 and half hours or may be more . Never gonna come again.👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
