From the moment I started looking at a couple of vehicles on the lot, I was greeted by a helpful lady. Named trish filled me on on details about possible cars and then we continued on to the office area. Any questions I had were answered by Trish and the manager Kris. I did not feel pressured in any way and was able to obtain information I needed in deciding to try and obtain a vehicle. Another employee started an inquiry to obtain my civic lx and one was found shortly after. I now have my car and enjoying it as I continue to learn about the many functions!

Had great service when looking for a used suv. Boris was more than accommodating and helped with all the questions and inquiries I had(which was many) everyone we met there was happy and friendly. Definitely enjoyed buying a vehicle from them.

This is the 8th car/SUV that we have purchased from West City Honda so obviously we are very happy with dealing with them. All of the salespeople we have dealt with over the years have ALL been so professional and knowledgeable. The service department is top notch and always taken care of any issues or maintenance that we needed. This most recent purchase was with Patrick and Param and they both were amazing explaining all the features of the vehicle and walking us through the purchase process. We will definitely be back for our next vehicle 👍
