Worth the drive from Toronto! We have owned and leased Honda and Acura vehicles for more than 30 years and have dealt with several dealerships throughout the GTA. Recently we needed a second vehicle quickly and, given low inventories, we contacted almost every dealer in the GTA and beyond before connecting with Boris at West City Honda. From our first contact, Boris gave us the most straightforward information and very competitive pricing. We decided to make the drive from Toronto to Belleville and we are very glad we did! Everything Boris told us in advance was accurate and lived up to expectations, and he had excellent product knowledge too. All of the staff, from Boris to Stephanie in Finance and Joel at delivery, were very friendly and helpful, and most importantly, they listened to our needs and responded without any pressure. From the first phone call through to delivery, this was easily our best and most relaxed dealership experience, and we would happily recommend Boris and West City Honda. We bought our 2020 2 years ago from Paul and it was a great experience. Fast forward to today and we decided to trade up and thought the only place to go is Honda in Belleville. Paul helped us with everything and made sure we had all the information. We picked up our new car 5 days later and as we were leaving Paul took the time to make sure we understood all the features and told us to call anytime. Thank you Paul and Belleville honda.
