I found not only Scott Hunter, but the entire West City Honda staff were incredible. From the sales team, to meeting the service personal, along with the wonderful young man at the front counter all made this the best and easiest purchase of my long life. As a long time Toyota customer (8 vehicles) I was truly impressed with the professional hard working manners of the entire team. Scott Hunter my sales representative was not only extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle I purchased, but took the time to listen to my every want and need. I was impressed with how well the various teams worked together, along with their warm, cheerful and helpful manner. I look forward to continued service with this outstanding dealership. We just got home with our new Pilot and I must say, from the very first phone call, to the very last wave goodbye from the staff, it was hands down the best automobile experience we have ever had! Trish was absolutely amazing, very informative, knowledgeable, personable and she showed genuine care and concern for me and my family! Stephanie was also amazing, she knows her stuff and leaves no stone unturned. Chris & Shane both came to chat with me and my children, offered beverages, and even gave my children their own “new cars”. Joel did the final delivery checklist, he sat in the vehicle with me and went over everything I needed to know, even the function of all 46 buttons in my dash. 🤣 West City Honda has made a lifetime customer thanks to a referral from a good friend! Keep up the great work West City, you should all be very proud of yourselves!

My wife and I just leased a new Civic from West City Honda and I am happy to say it was the best car dealership experience I have ever had, and at 65 I have purchased a lot of cars. Boris Cvijeticanin was our salesman , he is knowledgeable , thoughtful , and thorough , the whole staff work together as a cohesive unit to put you at ease and provide a worry and pressure free experience! I couldn't say enough about these folk , if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle do yourself a favour and visit W.C.H.

I went in to look for a trade on my other Honda CRV. I made an appointment with Param at west city Honda. He was very courteous, kind and very helpful. He had great knowledge of my new interest in the Honda CRV hybrid! I felt very comfortable in my new purchase. I am very very happy with my Honda CRV hybrid. Thanks again Param and everyone at west city Honda.

Not Reccomended If you expect them to be able to handle a warranty claim in a competent manner (paint peeling off our 2015 Fit by itself). Any conversations or dealings with service advisor Matt Miller or Warranty Specialist Julie Crane should be witnessed , recorded and fully documented . This team of incompetants seem to be working hard to undermine any good reputation the Honda brand possesed. My advice is to stay away from this dealership , either drive to a neighboring Honda Dealer or buy a Toyota (like I currently feel I should have done)
