We would like to personally acknowledge Scott Hunter, salesman extraordinaire, who went above and beyond to get us into a new Honda Ridgeline. He was very proactive in reaching out to us, following up, and just a nice guy as well. The entire Honda team made our buying experience as pleasant as it possibly can be. We've only had our new truck two days but loving it so far.

I just picked up my new 2022 Ridgeline Touring this morning. I mostly dealt with Shane, but worked Kris and Stephanie and other folks in their sales team. I can genuinely say that it was the best car buying experience, in my 48 years of buying cars. The end-to-end experience was pleasant and painless, which is what most customers want. No pressure, and no pressure to buy anything I didn't ask for, which plagues many peoples car-buying experiences. I would highly recommend West City Honda.

Last week I bought a new vehicle from West City Honda. The service was wonderful. My old car had to be scrapped suddenly and I needed a vehicle right away. Everyone at West City Honda worked very hard for me and I picked up my new car in two days. I was made to feel very welcome and all of the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you to Paul, Stephanie and Joel. I love the vehicle.

Good service...but! I have to leave my vehicle there for an undetermined period of time. I told them that I had a new battery in it and to remove the battery...4 months later the battery is still in the car and is now dead...not cool.

Fantastic service by West City Honda, Belleville with special kudos to Paul & Stephanie. They ensured that we had a car in place with all loan approvals. Paul was also helpful in suggesting Insurance brokers to ensure I had my Insurance. Just walk in to West City Honda and you will see the service level and they will make sure you leave with a car!!!
