Worst car shopping experience in my life. Will never return. Was loudly judged and belittled by one salesperson and the others just watched it happen. I would Give zero stars if possible.

If I knew that I would be doing the servicing and maintenance on my brand new Honda snowblower I would chosen a cheaper much less reliable snowblower that did not have an impeccable reputation.

When I called I was informed that I could easily grab a part read the manual and watch a you tube video and learn how to become a Honda mechanic . Great . My hands shake now that I am older. Looks like when I do all my home work I can finally dig myself out of this snow to get my prescription. Although, I just blew an hour writing this review.

We just picked up our 2019 touring the service at West City Honda was second to none, we couldn't ask for better service from each department we visited l would gladly recommend them.

The thing I most hate doing is buying a car. I was pleasantly surprised when we pulled in to the parking lot to look at what was available. The gentleman cleaning the snow off vehicles was friendly and knowledgeable and mentioned there was a CRV in the showroom. Walked in door. Greeted by Trish and again was pleased with the friendliness. Left to look at car at other dealership. Not friendly or overly interested in our business so drove back to West City Honda and ended up buying CRV. During the sales process I was introduced to all the staff and felt comfortable the entire time. Had to bring my dog when picking up car after sales completed and he was more than welcome and was greeted by all the staff. Highly recommend dealership

I had an awesome experience at west city Honda.. the whole team was very welcoming and made my car purchase easy and efficient. A special shout out to Ted Stratus he was very knowledgeable and gave me a great deal on my 22 Civic!
