Drove by and saw a truck in the lot we liked, went in and were directed to Aaron Langdon. No complaints with Aaron, made the sale, got the keys in our hands with no problems. He even stayed late to make sure we could pick up the truck on a Thursday as opposed to the following Monday. When we picked it up, noticed a scratch on the rear fender, again, no issues got scheduled in with the body shop, who might I add, stayed late on a long weekend to get us our truck back! Was extremely impressed with the body shop and their hospitality while we waited for our truck to be finished. Since then, we've been waiting for our running boards to show up (which I understand is a supply chain issue). We were told that we'd receive a call from the parts department when they arrived, after weeks and weeks of waiting, we called to ask for an update, come to find out they were there. Not sure if this was a miscommunication or an oversight by the parts department, but aside from that, great experience with both the body shop and Aaron Langdon. Would likely go back.

Went in to service my car for the first time after moving to this neighbourhood. Had to change oil and replace tires, the service advisor asked if I wanted to check the brakes at an additional cost, which I agreed upon but after an hour or so I get a call saying that my brakes have worn out which wasn’t the case but I still went ahead to replace since it’s important. The lady gave me wrong number saying it’s going to cost $500 for all 4 tires instead it’s $500 for 2 pairs (front and back). This is clear miscommunication, now my bill is over 1K which is ridiculous. Please learn to give a proper estimate to customers because it’s their hard earned money. I repeatedly asked what the totals going to be which was supposed be around $700 is now double of it. I’m unhappy with their team.
