My wife and I just picked up our 2022 Cadillac and we love it! I would like to thank Nurse Chevrolet Cadillac for their professionalism. A special shout out to Shane Lawson, who went above and beyond to help us with the purchase of our new car. He made us feel special. I recently purchased a 2022 Silverado High Country. Anastasia made the experience so easy and stress free. Hands down, the best dealership we have conducted business with, in all our years of buying new and used vehicles. Our sales fellow was Scott Morgan. We were immediately impressed with his very quick response time about a vehicle, we knew would go quickly. From the beginning to end, we were extremely pleased with everything. He had all paperwork completed for us as quickly as possible. Car was absolutely immaculate. The trust we put in Scott was very much earned. The showroom was absolutely immaculate and all of the staff there were very friendly and greeted us. We will definitely be using this dealership, which is 1 hour and 20 minutes away from home, for future business and will definitely do referrals.

I am VERY DISAPPOINTED with my dealings with Nurse Cadillac ! My wife found a listing for a Cadillac SUV on Car Gurus and it seemed like just what we were looking for and even though we live in Sarnia(over 3hrs drive from the dealership) I felt confident doing a deal online and over the phone being it was at an actual Cadillac Dealership ! The vehicle itself was fairly low mileage for the year, a color we liked and at a price we could afford so I send an initial message asking if it was still available, if it had any accident history and if there was any visable rust ? Scott, one of the the salspersons answered first thing the next morning ! He said that yes, it was still available, it had one small parking lot accident and that there was no visable rust ! This was a lie ! Next I replied that we were very interested and as there were no actual pics of the vehicle, just a stock pic, I asked the he send me some pics and also asked if there was any noticable scrapes or scratches in the paint. He replied with multiple pics and answered the there were no scrapes or scratches in the paint ! This was a VERY misleading statement ! To make a long story short we did the deal confident that since we wern't dealing with some backstreet Used Car Dealer but rather an actual Cadillac Dealership we had nothing to worry about ! WRONG !!! My wife and I drove up to Whitby the evening before we arranged to pick up the vehicle since we would be driving back in separate vehicles and we arrived at the dealership at 10am the next morning as arranged. There was our new(to us) Cadillac SUV sitiing out front just shinning(from a distance) ! Scott saw we were there and met us outside but when we approached the vehicle we noticed immeadiately severe scratches on the door pillars which has aftermarket chrome trim on them. When I asked Scott about my message asking specifically about scrapes and scratches he said " I dont mean to split hairs but you did ask about the paint"! Well technically I suppose he was correct but really ??? Then as we looked around the vehicle I noticed two patches of bubbled paint on the hood which is caused by rust underneath and also the trialer hitch is badly rusted and both of these things were noticable ! Something else I specifically asked about ! Being that I am old school and once I gave my word to purchase this vehicle I still went through with signing the papers against my better judgement. When we went outside with Scott for him to go through some of the features I asked him where the jack and spare was as all there was in the back was a small floor storage compartment. I was told these vehicles didnt come with a jack or spare right from the factory as they have "run flat tires". From that I had to assume there was in fact "run flat tires" on the vehicle ! Wrong !!! Anyway after being shown the basics we drove home. I wondered when after we stopped for coffee on the way home, when I got back in the vehicle I had to reset my seat and my mirrors ! It was because nothing in the vehicle had been reset to new.......not the seats....not the bluetooth phone feature and not the GPS ! All still had the former owners info in them ! NOT what I would have expected from a Cadillac Dealership on top of the misleading info on scratches and rust ! The next day I was looking over our vehicle to familiarise myself more and check things out and I noticed the wheel locks. I looked through the whole vehicle and couldnt find the socket key for the key locks ! Yet another thing wrong ! I then decided to check out these supposed "run flat tires" ! I carefully marked down the model name of the tires so I could check it out online and sure enough I find out these tires are not "run flat". Im assuming the previous owners changed tires and didnt pay to have "run flat tires" put on and obviously the Nurse Cadillac didnt check either so now I have a vehicle with no jack, no spare and not even the compressor/tire repair kit that is shown in the owners manual for some models ! NOT what I expected from a Cadillac Dealership!

I just bought a 2018 Chevrolet Equinox from Scott Morgan and Shawn Kidd this week. Both gentlemen couldn't have made the experience more pleasurable. They treated me like family and answered all my questions and were very friendly and helpful. I will recommend to family and friends.
