The people that work here are absolutely wonderful! We were very far from home, BC to be exact and our truck went into limp mode while towing out trailer to moosomin for a funeral, we ended up spending the night in the dealerships parking lot in hopes they could help us in the morning. We didn’t realize that the mechanics don’t work on Saturday’s but the manager Josh was soooo helpful, he brought the code reader out and someone got it out of limp so we could continue on our trip. Carter was our first contact at the dealership and he was so kind and helpful, made sure we had coffee and a spot to charge my phone while we waited for the manager… it really was a great experience! They didn’t charge us anything and was told “This is the Wheaton way” so we decided a wonderful review to share our great experience was the best way to show our appreciation! Thanks again guys, keep up the great service!

Service department needs to take accountability. Booked an appointment on July 11th to have brake pads installed on July 18 Monday. That is one week before my scheduled appointment. Once I have arrived at the service department dropped off my vehicle and later of the day got a voice message saying they do not have a stock of the brake pads. Seriously, one week before my appointment they never checked if they have stock or not even order the brake pads in the whole week before my scheduled appointment. I did ask they why is this so? They said they need to physically see the vehicle first before they order the parts. Then what’s the booking of appointment for if my booked scheduled appointment will just be looking at the vehicle and not doing the service that I want to be done? What a joke. Never even got an apology for my wasted time. Never again Wheaton Chevrolet.

The repair shop has very bad customer service, especially the bald guy who has an "i'm the victim" attitude, he looks like he's 70 but has an attitude of a toddler, grow up.

The sales and finance team were so helpful and great during my time trying to find a car. Jacob Ehmann was so nice, personable,and very knowledgeable. The car I initially went to go look at turned out not to be for me, I never once found Jacob to pressure me into something I didn't want. He called me the next day asking if he could show me a few SUVs that fit my needs and I was able to find my perfect car! Melo Vataga helped me with financing my car and he explained everything so well and never kept me in the dark. I felt very comfortable at Wheaton Chevrolet and highly recommend them.
