This rating is mostly for the service department, sales staff is fine but you will hate your life dealing with the service department, buy your car and never take it back to them, service staff is rude and miserable to deal with, if you do decide to take your vehicle for service there book over the phone, booking online doesn’t work, we’ve booked online and each time would get horrible attitude when they can’t find our scheduled appointment.

All of the staff we dealt with at the dealership were excellent and in particular our salesman Robert Postma. We were out of province buyers and because we were purchasing sight unseen Robert was incredible at answering all of our many questions, in a timely manner, and providing us with all the information we needed to make a decision. Since, we couldn't visit the dealership in person it was a really nice touch that Robert sent us videos of the vehicle as if we were doing the walk around in person. We are the kind of people that when we feel pressured by sales staff we walk and at no time did we feel that way with this purchase. When the vehicle arrived in the province we reside in we had difficulties with the insurance company getting a new out of province vehicle registered and insured and Robert, Kent and Melo were extremely helpful at assisting us in resolving the issue. It was a large sum of money to be spending having not seen the vehicle in person but it was because of Robert that we felt very confident in making the purchase. Robert is an incredible asset to the dealership, to Chevrolet.and we have already recommended him to friends and family in Saskatchewan. Thank you to everyone involved it was the best new vehicle purchase experience we've ever had.

This was by far the best new vehicle purchase in our experience!
