I found Wellington Motors online (because I was searching the car I wanted) and truthfully, they did not dissapoint. From Karen greeting us - she was so sweet, to Alex being so personable, it was a great experience! I drove all the way from Toronto to Guelph because they had the car I wanted, Alex was incredibly helpful, answered all of my questions and jumped through hoops to get me the deal/car I wanted. I really appreciate it and I love my new car! I'd highly reccomend them!

Recently purchased a vehicle from Wellington Motors. Olivia assisted me throughout the process and was very helpful, accessible and easy to deal with. She was able to answer all my questions and had good knowledge of the vehicles. I would definitely shop here again in the future.

Dave Schneider our sales person, was great! Very knowledgeable and got us exactly what we wanted! Wasn't pushy nor did he pressure us at all. Was a slight mix up on the gift card with purchase, but he emailed right away and is taking care of it. A smooth purchase from start to finish. Very happy with our new ram 1500. Thanks again!

Needed a new tow mirror for my truck, went after marker but they were cheap and bounced going down the road. Then whet to junk yard and they couldn't get me the right part. Finally I emailed wellington motors and made a parts request, got an email back the next morning from a guy named Justin. Found me the part, told me the price, confirmed it with a couple pictures I sent. I asked him to order it and he did, next day it was there, picked it up this morning at the parts counter. Not sure of the same of the guy at the counter, but he was awesome too, friendly, checked the part to make sure it was all good and it was. Paid for it brought it home, I installed it no problems, works perfectly. I didn't want to spend $900 for a mopar one but I see why it cost so much, the time I wasted trying the other options was far worse. Great experience, and I really aprritiate the guys that helped me get this resolved so quickly! Thank you!

I bought a new brand new dodge ram in 2019 from this dealership. Since new , I had issues with my audio deck and had to take the truck into the dealer for service on 4 seperate occasions. The problem still has not been resolved even with a new installed unit. I've had the truck for over a year and still can't use my deck properly. Very poor service !!

Salah, I apologize that you have had to return several time re your radio issue and that is has taken an excessive time frame to resolve. As required by the manufacturer the initial step was to wait for the availability of new software and to complete this software update which was performed and the radio issue appeared to be resolved for a period of time. When you developed radio concerns again your second visit was to confirm that there were no other issues present and a radio was ordered which required a third visit to install a new radio. Unfortunately the new radio was defective and required us to order in another radio. Keep in mine Wellington Motors did not design or build the radio. I realize we are the manufactures representative and our goal is to resolve your radio concern as quickly as possible. We to wish that you had not had this radio issue at all and that it would have been able to resolve in one visit.
