Michael MacEachern is the best sales person I have had the pleasure dealing with. Very knowledgeable and worked hard to get the right deal that work for me!!! Never pushed me to purchase. I will be back to Wellington Chrysler Dodge to get another vehicle. Thanks Michael!!!

My wife and I recently bought a new Dodge Durango from Wellington Motors. Mike MacEachern was the salesman I dealt with. He was extremely professional and easy to deal with. So much so, that a week later I decided to buy my new Dodge Ram truck from him as well. He worked hard to get me within the budget I needed to be at. Mike and the staff at Wellington were fantastic to deal with and I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks again for the great service Mike!

I don't have enough space in this platform to truly express the amazing experience I had at this dealer! Working with Andrew Stevenson towards purchasing my first car that would be 100% mine , was not only a life altering purchase...... but one made stress free and seamless. Not coming here to see what they can do for you would be foolish. There was no pressure to buy, application process is easy with them, all staff I had interactions with were kind and pleasant to talk to. Their vehicle selection has a wide range of gorgeous new cars and equally nice , very well maintained used ones as well. Andrew worked quickly with attention to detail to help me get my new car home and on the road as soon as possible! Don't second guess coming to this location for a moment!!! Thank you so much again Andrew.. love the car!

This is a supplemental entry to a comment i filed previously. I am doing this to correct the previous comment as it was not favorable and after i entered it the problem i was having was more than professionally handled and solved. I have to say i am very impressed with the staff and their desire to create happy customers. I have changed my rating to 5 stars where it should be, a special thanks to Andy Stevenson for his professionalism and ability to listen.

We purchased a vehicle at this dealership. We've been disappointed in the customer service since signing the contract. No thank you email, no communication about delivery details, no communication to explain the delay. We had to do our own research to figure out what is going on. By simply reaching out and communicating my rating would have been a 5.

Danielle, David, I apologize that we have not lived up to your expectations in regard to our follow up with you on your purchase. The truck you purchased April 3rd is one of our incoming stock orders. This scheduled unit would come much quicker than a fresh new order. As discussed with Adam at time of purchase things are coming slower than normal as there are vendor restriction related to covid shutdowns and the global electronic chip shortage. Adam believed he had communicated at the time of purchase that when the status of the vehicle changed with the factory he would reach out with an update. Adam did respond the same day to David’s inquiry email on April 14th that he was disappointed that there had been no update. At this date the truck was still in JB [ship to body vendor] status which is the same status it was in on the day of purchase hence no update from Adam. As of today, April 28th it is still in JB status. There is an estimated ship date of March 24th, but I have seen these ship dates get delayed pending vendor issues. As we pull a new status tape every day, rest assured the moment the status changes at the factory Adam will be in touch. We appreciate your patience, things are moving slower these days.
