Stopped by the dealership looking for a an SUV and our sales lady was amazing. From the moment I walked in, I was greated friendly and professionally by Monique Bezeau. She really cared about my needs and wants and strived to find the best vehicle for me and what would make me happy. Although I didn't find what I wanted that day, she regularly contacts me when something may be available that I should come look at. I appreciate her honest, friendly nature and I'm sure I will be purchase my next vehicle from South Trail.

We went in about 2 weeks ago to look at options on trading our vehicles in for something with lower payments. We met with Yannick Bribeau and he went over a few different routes we could take. During our discussions, he was great. We were offered a showroom model, but for obvious reasons could not test drive it so we settled for testing a similar model. Upon returning, we asked if the showroom model had a remote starter and he assured us that it did. The day of pick up, we were in the dealership for over 3 hours as I was really uneasy about going through with the trade. In tow, I had 2 kids under 5 and was wanting another night to think about the deal. I had 3 different sales people talk to me in this time and finally I was just so ready to leave that I signed the papers and left. The next morning leaving for work, low and behold.. no starter. My husband has been communicating with Yannick for 2 weeks now trying to figure out a cost and trying to meet in the middle and his responses are "I'll get back to you later". Nevertheless, I contacted the Sales Manager Luke today and while I appreciate his quick response, the end result was basically that I should have checked the vehicle before I left and that they would install one for $500 which was their "cost". I've got a quote from a few other Dodge dealerships, and they are quoting me $405. Interesting. In the end, we were made to feel like we only mattered until the ink on the paper was dried. I wouldn't recommend this dealership now to anyone. The pressure I felt the night of the deal and the disappointment I feel at their lack of upholding their salesmans promise is enough to make me consider a completely different brand of vehicle the next go round. It's an expensive lesson learned for myself and my family that unless you see it in writing, don't believe a word they say.

So I sent you an email 3 days ago, and still no response. I'm not sure if you posting that question was to save some face for your dealerships incredibly poor customer service, but it's continuing to prove that not one person there has any idea how to ensure repeat business. I've taken the high road, and given multiple people there the opportunity to correct Yannicks mistake so that this issue isn't aired on Social Media. I've gotten nothing but crooked answers and managers trying to take advantage of me. It's unfortunate, as prior to this we had nothing but great things to say about you. I guess who you choose to have represent you makes all the difference. #dodgecanada
