I walked in asking for Michael Cornacchia and he was no longer there. I wanted a Toyota and would only buy from him. He is a respectable guy who knows great customer service. What is it with this company? They can't seem to keep good employees. I tried dealing with Anthony Casey and after 3 minutes wanted to leave. He is obnoxious and my wife couldn't stand his arrogance. Do yourselves a favour and get Michael back.

Just bought a new vehicle there and was pleased with the helpful, no pressure attitude of everyone involved. Thanks Delaney and Anthony for helping us find what we needed and for making the purchase process stress free. I've dealt with Jackson's in the past and find it an innovative dealership that treats customers with respect.

I just bought a brand new Rav 4 from Jackson's and it was such a pleasurable experience. Delaney Thompson was my sales woman and she took amazing care of me. Very hospitable and knowledgable about all products. I didn't actually plan on buying a car the same day, but Delaney was so amazing I just had to. 10/10 would buy my next car here!

Took a chance to stop in at Jackson’s late May to see what they had in stock as I was considering trading in my 2006 Tacoma and moving into a 2018. I’m very glad I did. Antaisha was awesome to deal with from the moment she greeted me at the door. She took the time to walk the lot with me to look at the trucks they had in stock, answered all my questions and gave me some basic quoting on the trim package I was interested in. I didn’t buy that day, but was very impressed with the additional follow up communication that I received after my visit. When I was ready to be more serious about purchasing a week or so later, Antaisha and the rest of the staff at the dealership made it very easy to negotiate a deal on the 2018 Tacoma I wanted, got me a fantastic trade in value for my 2006 Tacoma, and quick and easy arrangements for everything else I needed to be able to take delivery the following weekend. Even the delivery day exceeded expectation. Everything was ready for me, no waiting or delays. Thank you all for making this a fabulous experience. The customer service received from start to finish was of a quality not often seen. I have already and will continue to recommended Antaisha to friends and family when they are shopping for a vehicle.

My car died this week and I was not sure I had any options. The Jacksons Toyota team listened to my needs and found a solution that worked best for me. The experience of leasing a new vehicle was simple. At each stage of the process, the customer service was personal and efficient. I am grateful for the great new car I was able to drive away on the same day. Highly recommend Jacksons Toyota if you are looking for quality service and vehicles.
