Service done on Sep. 11, at 135826 kilo. (Current odometer reading is 135926 I live an hour north of Barrie). Drove home, and parked in newly finished asphalt driveway. On Sept. 13,a.m. I noticed what I thought was water stain under vehicle. Later that day, I rechecked and decided it wasn't water. It was either oil or some other fluid (engine coolant). Talked to service staff and manager on Sept. 14. After discussing various options, including taking truck to Canadian Tire or local garage, it was agreed that it would be safe to take vehicle back to Jackson's. That will be today's project. One thing that really bothered me during my conversations, is that the implication was made that the leaks may not have any relationship to the work that was performed. So I'm supposed to believe in a coincidence like that??? They do work involving oil and engine coolant, and right after I have either and oil, or engine coolant leak, or maybe both, and they think that is a coincidence??? Another minor annoyance was that during various times on hold, their prerecorded message system kept telling me that all their technicians are factory trained and provide "outstanding" service to "every" customer. Not my experience. As compensation for my time (4 hours today, and $20 for gas, round-trip, and cleaning up mess on driveway, plus aggravation at paying $200 plus for this service, they have offered me a free oil change or some detailing work. Why would I go back to this company for anything after this experience??? Richard

I brought my van in for what I thought was warranty work as the tires have worn lumpy and noisy after only 25000 kms while still doing regular tire rotations. I was shocked to find out that I would need to pay over $1000 for 4 brand new tires. I'm obviously not going to pay this. I then looked up online about this issue to find basically every Sienna driver with AWD and run flat tires is having the same issue. I've also learned Toyota is facing legal action for this. Next purchase will be a cheap minivan. I thought buying an expensive reliable vehicle would pay off. This obviously isn't the case I’ve now spent 40000 dollars on a minivan that will require new tires (the most expensive tires as they’re run flats) every 25000kms according to your service department. Please put yourself in the customer’s shoes and just take ownership for this issue. I've called multiple tire shops and they all know about this problem. The tire shops are telling me it’s the van. You guys are telling me it’s the tires. This is nothing new. You guys are well aware of this issue. If you don’t know about it just do a simple Google search. I should've been informed I'd need to buy tires every 25000kms when I bought this 40000 dollar vehicle. Extremely disappointed in Jacksons Toyota. Please make this right.

Jeff Greatrix was my salesman and I would highly recommend going to him. He was incredibly helpful and knowledgable. No pressure, very calm. I was in discussions with him about buying a Prius Prime when the Ontario rebate was unceremoniously ended by Doug Ford and Jeff and the sales manager, Anthony went the extra mile to locate an eligible model at my price point. Very much appreciated. On a related not I've been driving the Prius Prime for a month now and, even without the rebate, if you are looking for a car in its price range. First tank.of has I did.1314 km. Just refilled and have done 422 km and the fuel gauge is at 90% full. I don't know why you'd buy any other car. The BASE model has heated seats, steering wheel, cruise control with radar so it adjusts to speeds of other cars, lane assist... 3 driving modes that adjust for power and efficiency, rear camera, built in navigation. It handles like a dream... Great experience, great car!

Have had a few bad experiences at Jackson's Toyota. My wife brought her 2 year old venza in because the battery was completely dead. They told her they would need the car for the whole day. She felt like they where just pushing her off because it was just a warranty job. I don't see how they would need all day just to replace a battery. Its not the first time we have gone there and just end up walking out and going to another dealership. We will never take our car back there or buy a car from them.

This was my first time buying a toyota, and first dealings with Jacksons in Barrie. Everyone I came into contact with was fantastic. Delaney was great at showing me all the features of the tundra. Anthony was super friendly and a pleasure to deal with. I just drove my tundra crewcab home and I love it. I look forward to dealing with Jacksons for a very long time!!
