We recently purchased a new Tundra that we love! Our experience with the staff was outstanding, as it took more than one trip in to make a decision on which vehicle and options were best for our family. Our product advisor Stephanie Morano was knowledgeable, friendly and patient with all our questions. The sales manager Raj Bhavra ensured that our buying experience was anything but stressful and at every part of the process he made sure we got the best option and value for us. It was the best car purchase we have ever had!! We will be definitely returning to Jackson’s Toyota for our next vehicle!

Just purchased my 6th vehicle from Jackson’s and it has always been a great experience. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly. The vehicle they recommended was delivered on time and exceeded my expectations. I always recommend Jackson’s to my family and friends when purchasing a new vehicle.

Initially, it was great. Abigail was lovely, and personable - one decision why I chose to get the vehicle from Jackson's. Then the appointment for financing, and picking up the vehicle. I was given mis-information for the finance meeting, waited almost 2 hours until everything was done as they were unprepared. When I came to pick up the vehicle, the person I had done the financing with was no longer there and didn't pass along any info or documents - therefore my file was "not complete" - again, there for almost 2 hours. The other finance person there was too busy, and the documents prepared for me to sign for pick up were incorrect, had to wait again for them to be redone. I was promised by one of the managers he would "make it up to me" and then he never returned to speak to me to see if the appointment was getting any better. Fake apologies for my "inconvenience" and then no follow-up - when I was finally able to drive away, my license plates were upside down and I had to ask them to be put on properly. Everyone seemed to drop the ball after my initial meeting with Abigail - which in turn, made my experience a lukewarm one. Too bad too, she was great.
