Where do I even start! I had repairs done this week with my 2008 civic. The experience was very acceptable. However, every time I go in for service the bill is $1000. I'm not joking! My highest degree of displeasure with Pallidino starts awhile back. My paint is flaking off the roof and trunk. Plus the hood is covered with crows feet. I only found out about a warranty on paint from a work friend. When I took it in, the man in charge was on holidays. Young woman came out and took pictures. I was never contacted! When I went in again, apparently time has elapsed for the warranty coverage. We recently purchased a Accord Sport. Love the car but had a experience after the purchase where the service people looked at me as if I had two heads! I'm not one to complain, but friends told me I should of called Honda Canada along time ago. Another perfect example of a little guy getting run over by a big guy! On our recent purchase of our Accord, the salesman encouraged us to give Pallidino the highest scores on the survey that followed. I did! But I've walked around with a guilty conscience ever since! Love the product, not so much the dealership.

Palladino Honda provided me with B service in a prompt manner Before the service was provided however my wife and I were both in for service at the same time ber for an A service and as outlined I had the b service and while the customer service representative went over my bill showing me what the cost would be he said nothing to my wife about her service cost until the information was requested. Leaving her feeling undervalued as a customer.

My first inquiry into a new vehicle at the receptionist's front desk, had her set up a meeting for me with Jayson Ball. Jayson helped me with my first request, which was to review the finances involved with trading in my leased Honda Civic for a new 2016 CR-V. Upon my approval with that task, we then took a CR-V for a test drive. Jayson showed me the features of the vehicle, while answering my questions about it also. His knowledge about the car, plus his easy going manner showed professionalism and courtesy to his new customer. He proceeded to set up the lease, as well as take care of the details through email and phone calls in an expeditious manner. While waiting for the scheduled pick-up of my new car, a few further questions to him were responded to immediately. On the day of pick-up, he set me up with the Financial Services Manager, Brett Graham, who wrapped up the paperwork efficiently, while Jayson prepared my new car for me to drive home. He then helped me transfer my personal items from the Civic, to the CR-V, we shook hands to complete the deal, and I was on my way! I would recommend Jayson to my friends and family, as a salesperson to deal with at Palladino Honda. Thanks Jay! :) Sincerely, Dean Aelick

Rob, my sales representative, was pleasant and informative. He was quick and organized for having zero time for preparation. The 2015 CR-V was priced accordingly and although it was not flexible on lowering the price, Palladino did cover a replacement of a flaw that I spotted that could have been costly in a few months time. The only problem that I had was that they wanted nearly $500 for a block heater installation. I would have hoped in wanting to keep a customer, a rebate would have been given.... We do live in the north...

Palladino Honda Sudbury staff rocks. I have never met such friendlier people. Thanks to Mr. Jason Ball for an outstanding job well done in convincing me to purchase the CR-V Touring. It is my first brand new car and I love it. I would most definitely recommend them to family and friends. Way to go!
