No complaints on the oil change. My only wish is that the dealership had a drive through oil change bay so I could drive up stay in the car while the oil change is being done and then drive off.

Oil change package. I also had a grinding noise in the front driver side when turning, tech told me it was a bent plate due to a rock or other debris getting lodged in there, bent plate back at no charge and no more grinding. Thanks

I always receive great service from Graham. However, last week there were some issues with communication. I was called by the shuttle driver who had been told by the dealership that my van was ready to be picked up. I was picked up by the driver and arrived at the dealership to find that my van was not ready to be picked up and I had to wait for an additional 20 minutes. I work during the day, and was not happy that what I thought was going to be a quick visit actually took an hour out of my work day. Graham apologized for the mistake, but it still demonstrates a breakdown in communication within the dealership. After my van was ready, I left, but had to return to pick up my winter tires, which were not put back into my vehicle. Again, this took extra time out of my day and was an annoyance. I hope that in the future, these kinds of problems, although small, can be rectified as they were an inconvenience to me. Thank you.
