My wife and I came to Winnipeg Honda to look at the new CRV. The staff were very friendly and helpful in the whole experience. We weren't rushed or pressured.. Overall great experience!

Guarantee repair to Honda Fit braking system

The car had suffered from an intermittent fault in the braking system for three months. The car had been originally taken to another Honda dealer, who had failed to fix it, despite consulting Honda head office. Full marks to your team at the Regent dealership for diagnosing the problem and repairing it, and for dealing with us in a courteous and professional manner throughout. However, we were without our car for a week because the nearest spare part was in Winnipeg. So we were not impressed with your dealership's spares stocking policy, nor were we impressed with Honda's overall organization for dealing with guarantee defects - to the extent that our next car will probably be a Toyata.
