Pat Gegarty is very knowledgeable and helpful at the Honda Dealership. He was not over pushy which we liked and is friendly. I liked his mature attitude compared to other dealers that I met.

The sales team at West City Honda were awesome, super professional, polite, and everything else you’d want from a sales group. James helped me buy a used Honda civic and the process couldn’t have been easier. All my questions were answered, all promises delivered and they even went through the car to see what options I’d like on it! (Even down to preset radio stations). I’d recommend west city Honda to anyone in the market for a new or used car. I’ll absolutely be returning to see the team there! 10/10 experience!

Spencer took the time to help me when I walked in unannounced and all the salespeople were busy. Spencer took great care of me and went above and beyond with their service. Afterwards, Scott followed up with me to offer their assistance and ensure I was happy. Even though Honda does not fit my needs/wants at this time, I will definitely keep Honda in mind when it comes time to purchase my next vehicle.

Recently got a new 2025 Honda Civic Sport from West City Honda, and I cannot recommend them enough! All staff were extremely friendly and helpful, with a special shout out to Jessica Mumby, Pat Hegarty, and Stephanie Elder. Jessica is very knowledgable and great to work with, Pat is super welcoming and friendly, and Stephanie made the process as simple as possible and helped me to understand the financial side of things. If you're in the market for a new vehicle, West City Honda is the place to go.
