Pat Hergarty did a great job selling us our New Honda CRV Hybird Touring model. My only complaint is the time it took to purchase the car. The dealership is clean and well laid out. All the others involved in the purchase did a great job, making the purchase smooth and easy.

Jessica Mumby is a fantastic person to work with for buying/leasing a new car. She is very knowledgeable about the Honda vehicles and steered us to one that suits us very well. She has such a wonderful personality and a beautiful smile. Jessica never pressured us and we were able to take our time to decide what we wanted to do. Jessica even drove the vehicle to our house as we were not sure if it would fit in our garage. It did! Jessica gave us good hints as to how to make sure that we had lots of room to get in. Jessica made good use of others working at West City Honda so that we knew exactly where we stood with regards to leasing, etc. Fraser, Stephanie and Meghan made our vehicle purchase/lease at West City Honda very easy. Also, thanks to JD for taking us out and showing us how to use the cruise control. We highly recommend Jessica and the West City Honda staff for purchasing a vehicle.

Param is an exceptional sales person. Very attentive, knowledgeable, patient and pleasant to converse with. He pointed out the importance amenities that I am looking for in this car. Thanks to Stephanie, the leasing procedure went smoothly. I love the new 2025 Honda CR-V Hybrid Touring. Definitely recommend Param as a sales person when you’re looking for your next Honda.
